Electric unicycles – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1488 of certain gyro-stabilized electric unicycles, components thereof, and products containing the same (complainants Investist Inc. and Alien Technology Group Inc.; respondents located in China)
MRAM devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1487 of certain magnetoresistive random access memory (MRAM) devices, products containing the same, and components thereof (complainant Avalanche Technology Inc.; respondent located in Arizona)
Pertuzumab biosimilars – new IPR infringement complaint filed on certain pertuzumab biosimilars, including those made by certain methods of manufacturing, the active ingredient thereof, and products containing the same (complainant Genentech Inc.; proposed respondents located in India, the United Kingdom, and the U.S.)
Video-capable electronic devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on certain video-capable electronic devices, including smart televisions, monitors, and components thereof (complainants InterDigital Inc., InterDigital VC Holdings Inc., and Inter Digital Madison Patent Holdings SAS; proposed respondents located in China, the U.S., and Vietnam)
