- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding semiconductor products) at the Intel Corporation facility within FTZ 138 in New Albany, Ohio (comments due by April 19)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding renewable fuels and byproducts) at the Phillips 66 Company facility within FTZ 3 in Rodeo, Calif. (comments due by April 19)

- received an application from the Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing Corp. to expand subzone 15E to include an additional site in Boonville, Mo. (comments due by April 24)

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding construction and earth-moving machines) at the Caterpillar Inc. facility within FTZ 155 in Victoria, Texas (comments due by April 24)

- authorized production under zone procedures (regarding battery products, electric motors, and energy storage products) at the Tesla Inc. facilities within FTZ 126 in McCarren and Sparks, Nev.
