- reopened through April 30 the period for comments on new evidence submitted in conjunction with a request to remove a restriction requiring the reexport of foreign-status 24,000 filament tow polyacrylonitrile fiber used to produce carbon fiber at the Teijin Carbon Fibers Inc. facility within FTZ 38 in Greenwood, S.C.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (concerning passenger motor vehicles) at the BMW Manufacturing Company LLC facility within FTZ 38 in Spartanburg, S.C. (comments due by April 10)
