Background

The federal agencies listed below are seeking comments on the proposed extension or revision of information collections concerning the following.

Department of Commerce

- procedures for submitting requests for objections to Section 232 restrictions on imports of steel and aluminum (comments due no later than April 15)

- procedures for submitting requests for exclusions from Section 232 restrictions on imports of steel and aluminum (comments due no later than April 18)

- certification of admissibility for importation of fish and fish products subject to requirements of the High Seas Driftnet Fishing Moratorium Protection Act or the Marine Mammal Protection Act (comments due no later than April 15)

U.S. Customs and Border Protection

- application to use the Automated Commercial Environment (comments due no later than April 13)

- form 1300, vessel entrance or clearance statement (comments due no later than April 13)
