Electrodes (China and India) – institution of AD and CVD injury investigations on large diameter graphite electrodes from China and India, with questionnaires due by March 10, a staff conference to be held March 17, written briefs due by March 20, and the preliminary injury vote scheduled for April 9
Lawn groomers (China) – ITC determination that revoking the existing AD order on certain tow-behind lawn groomers and parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time (as a result, this order will remain in place for an additional five years)
OCTG (China) – final determination that imports of seamless oil country tubular goods completed in Thailand using steel billets produced in China are circumventing the AD and CVD orders on oil country tubular goods from China
Plywood (China, Indonesia, and Vietnam) – adjusted AD cash deposit rates of 185.96 percent (China), 19.88 to 84.94 percent (Indonesia), and 191.85 to 194.80 percent (Vietnam) in preliminary determinations of AD investigations on hardwood and decorative plywood from China, Indonesia, and Vietnam, preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination with respect to China, and preliminary negative critical circumstances determination with respect to Vietnam
Various products (Brazil, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, Korea, Mexico, and Thailand) – ITC decision to conduct expedited sunset reviews of AD and/or CVD orders on the following products: monosodium glutamate from China and Indonesia (AD); tetrahydrofurfuryl alcohol from China (AD); and prestressed concrete steel wire strand from Brazil (AD), India (AD/CVD), Japan (AD), Korea (AD), Mexico (AD), and Thailand (AD)
Wire rod (Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad & Tobago) – continuation of AD orders on carbon and certain alloy steel wire rod from Brazil, Indonesia, Mexico, Moldova, and Trinidad & Tobago, as well as CVD order on subject merchandise from Brazil
