The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.
Citric acid – preliminary affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and India; investigations will therefore be continued
Float glass – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on float glass products from China and Malaysia; AD/CVD orders will therefore be issued
Lawn groomers – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on tow-behind lawn groomers and parts thereof from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time; order will therefore be continued
Monomers – final affirmative AD/CVD injury determinations on multifunctional acrylate and methacrylate monomers and oligomers from Taiwan; AD/CVD orders will therefore be issued
Rebar – final affirmative AD determination on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Algeria and dumping margin of 127.32 percent; AD order will therefore be issued
