Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact ST&R.

Citric acid – preliminary affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada and India

Erythritol – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on erythritol from China; AD and CVD orders will be issued as a result

Garlic – final scope ruling that certain individually quick frozen cooked garlic cloves are outside the scope of the AD order on fresh garlic from China

Pipes and tubes – dumping margins of 7.42 to 31.23 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on heavy-walled rectangular pipes and tubes from Mexico for the period Sept. 1, 2023, through Aug. 31, 2024

Plastic boxes – final affirmative AD and CVD injury determinations on polypropylene corrugated boxes from China; AD and CVD orders will be issued as a result
