Cabinets – net subsidy rates of 9.33 to 11.85 percent in final results of administrative review of CVD order on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
Fatty acids – initiation of AD and CVD investigations of fatty acids from Indonesia and Malaysia, with March 30 deadline for comments on the scope of these investigations
Rail couplers – rescission of administrative review of CVD order on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024, and instruction to CBP to assess CVD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Rebar – preliminary affirmative AD determinations on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Bulgaria, Egypt, and Vietnam and new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 52.8 percent for Bulgaria, 34.2 to 52.73 percent for Egypt, and 121.97 percent for Vietnam for subject goods entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after March 13
Scope rulings – rulings made between Oct. 1 and Dec. 31, 2025, on the scope of the following AD/CVD orders
- aluminum lithographic printing plates from Japan (AD)
- steel wheels from China (AD/CVD)
- wood moldings and millwork products from China (AD/CVD)
