The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Nails – dumping margin of zero in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel nails from Oman for the period July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021

Pipe and tube – dumping margins of 1.36 to 2.64 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from Mexico for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Steel bar – continuation of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India, effective Feb. 28

Steel cylinders – final determination that non-refillable steel cylinders with water capacities between 100 and 299 cubic inches produced in China and exported to the U.S. are circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from China

Thermal paper – rescission of administrative review of AD duty order on lightweight thermal paper from Japan for the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023, and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
