The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Iron castings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on iron construction castings from Brazil, Canada, and China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 58.74 percent for Brazil, 25.52 percent for China, and above de minimis for Canada

PET resin – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Canada, China, India, and Oman would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Rail couplers – preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on freight rail coupler systems and components thereof from China, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 116.7 percent

Ribbons – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on narrow woven ribbons with woven selvedge from China and Taiwan, effective March 10

Tubular goods – (1) preliminary negative CV duty determination on oil country tubular goods from Korea and (2) preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on such goods from Russia
