Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey for the period Oct. 1, 2020, through Sept. 31, 2021
Rail couplers – preliminary affirmative dumping determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China, with new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 169.9 percent, and preliminary affirmative determination of critical circumstances
Solar cells – dumping margins of 19.2 and 25.18 percent in corrected notice of amended final results of 2017/2018 administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China
Tires – net subsidy rate of 11.05 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on passenger vehicle light truck tires from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
Wind towers – dumping margin of 2.03 percent for one exporter or producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on utility-scale wind towers from Indonesia for the period Feb. 14, 2020, through July 31, 2021
