HFC blends – preliminary determination that imports of R-410B from Turkey that are completed in Turkey using components originating in China and further processed in the U.S. are circumventing the AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China

Pipes and tubes – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand for the period March 1, 2022, through Feb. 28, 2023

Steel bar – dumping margins of 0.55 to 0.61 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on stainless steel bar from India for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023

Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on clad steel plate from Japan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at rates up to 118.53 percent

Wood moldings – net subsidy rates of 20.65 to 23.22 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022
