Flanges – dumping margins of 0.73 to 1.0 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on finished carbon steel flanges from India for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021

New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, unless otherwise specified

- carbon and alloy steel wire rod from China (AD/CV)

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (AD; Dec. 1, 2021, through Nov. 30, 2022)

- forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany (AD/CV), India (CV), and Italy (AD/CV)

- hardwood plywood products from China (AD/CV)

- polyester textured yarn from India (AD/CV)

- potassium permanganate from China (AD)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand (AD)

- refillable stainless steel kegs from China (CV)

- softwood lumber from Canada (AD/CV)

- steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey (CV)

- thermal paper from Germany (AD; May 12, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022)

- wooden bedroom furniture from China (AD)

Pipe and tube – dumping margins of 63.16 percent for China and 1.56 to 9.2 percent for Mexico in final results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from these countries for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021

Steel wire rod – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel wire rod would be likely to lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of 280.02 percent for Belarus, 18.89 percent for Italy, 41.1 percent for Korea, 756.93 percent for Russia, 142.26 percent for South Africa, 32.64 percent for Spain, 4.44 percent for Turkey, 44.03 percent for Ukraine, 84.1 percent for the United Arab Emirates, and 147.63 percent for the United Kingdom

Transformers – dumping margin of 4.32 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on large power transformers from Korea for the period Aug. 1, 2020, through July 31, 2021
