Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Flanges – net subsidy rate of 1.75 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on stainless steel flanges from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022

Lumber – determination that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. in the context of the CV duty order on softwood lumber products from Canada

Nails – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on steel nails from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 118.04 percent

Threaded rod – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on alloy and certain carbon steel threaded rod from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at levels up to 59.45 percent

Woven sacks – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on laminated woven sacks from China, effective Feb. 20
