The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Disposable containers – (1) final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China, (2) dumping margins of 193.9 and 287.8 percent, (3) countervailable subsidies at rate of 317.85 percent, and (4) final affirmative determinations of critical circumstances
Scope rulings – applications filed in January for rulings on the scope of the following AD/CV duty orders
- aluminum extrusions from China
- ceramic tile from China
- large-diameter welded pipe from India
- metal lockers and parts thereof from China
Threaded rod – sunset review determinations that (1) revocation of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from India, Taiwan, and Thailand would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 28.34 percent for India, 32.26 percent for Taiwan, and 20.83 percent for Thailand, and (2) revocation of CV duty orders on such goods from China and India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 31.2 to 69.2 percent for China and 6.07 and 211.72 percent for India
Trailer wheels – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on steel trailer wheels from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
Wire and cable – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on aluminum wire and cable from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins of up to 63.47 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 33.44 and 165.63 percent
