The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Cold-rolled steel – dumping margin of zero in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-rolled steel flat products from Korea for the period Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020

Fish fillets – dumping margins of zero to $3.87/kg in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020

Pipe and tube – (1) China-wide rate of 255.07 percent in corrected final results of 2019/2020 administrative review of AD duty order on light-walled rectangular pipe and tube from China and (2) sunset review determination that revocation of AD and/or CV duty orders on heavy-walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Korea, Mexico, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Scope rulings – applications received in February 2022 for determinations on whether identified products are covered by the scope of AD/CV duty orders on raw flexible magnets from China and chassis and subassemblies thereof from China

Soybean meal – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on organic soybean meal from India, with dumping margins of zero and 9.26 percent and net subsidy rates of 9.57 and 283.91 percent
