Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Chassis – initiation of AD duty investigations of chassis and subassemblies thereof from Mexico, Thailand, and Vietnam and CV duty investigations of such goods from Mexico and Thailand

Door panels – institution of AD/CV injury investigations of fiberglass door panels from China

Innerspring units – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on uncovered innerspring units from China, South Africa, and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Steel pipe – dumping margin of 2.07 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on seamless carbon and alloy steel standard, line, and pressure pipe from Ukraine for the period Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023

Steel wheels – continuation of AD and CV duty orders on steel wheels 12 to 16.5 inches in diameter from China, effective March 13
