Brightening agents – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time
File cabinets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on vertical metal file cabinets from China would likely lead to the continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 198.5 percent
New reviews – initiation of administrative reviews of the following AD and CV duty orders for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024, unless otherwise indicated

- crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China (AD; Dec. 1, 2023, through Nov. 30, 2024)
- forged steel fluid end blocks from Germany and Italy
- hardwood plywood products from China
- polyester textured yarn from India
- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Thailand
- softwood lumber from Canada
- wooden bedroom furniture from China
Paper plates – final affirmative AD/CV injury determinations on paper plates from China, Thailand, and Vietnam
PC strand – dumping margins of zero and 0.73 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from Malaysia for the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023
