The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – preliminary affirmative CV duty determinations on aluminum extrusions from China, Indonesia, Mexico, and Turkey and new CV cash deposit requirements at rates of 15.41 and 169.66 percent for China, 0.52 to 43.56 percent for Indonesia, 0.19 to 77.82 percent for Mexico, and 0.82 to 147.53 percent for Turkey
HFC blends – dumping margin of 101.14 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hydrofluorocarbon blends from China for the period Aug. 31, 2021, through July 31, 2022
Shrimp – final determination that Elque Ventures Private Limited is the successor-in-interest to Elque & Co. for purposes of the AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from India and should therefore receive its AD cash deposit rate, which is currently 3.88 percent
Sodium gluconate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on sodium gluconate, gluconic acid, and derivative products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Wood moldings – (1) dumping margins of zero and 4.72 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on wood moldings and millwork products from China for the period Feb. 1, 2022, through Jan. 31, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to seven companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
