The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Aluminum extrusions – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination on aluminum extrusions from Mexico and new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 0.19 to 77.82 percent

Frozen fish – dumping margins of zero and $0.18/kg in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period Aug. 1, 2021, through July 31, 2022

Paper bags – final affirmative dumping determination on paper shopping bags from Turkey with dumping margins of 26.32 and 47.56 percent

Solar cells – corrected notice of preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

Threaded rod – preliminary determination that imports of unthreaded pins of alloy steel from China are circumventing the AD/CV duty orders on carbon and alloy steel threaded rod from China
