The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Acetone – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on acetone from Belgium, Korea, Singapore, South Africa, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 28.1 percent for Belgium, 47.86 percent for Korea, 131.75 percent for Singapore, 414.92 percent for South Africa, and 171.81 percent for Spain
Brightening agents – continuation of AD duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan, effective Feb. 27
Hexamethylenetetramine – preliminary affirmative AD and CV determinations and new cash deposit requirements at rates of 2.32 to 139.55 percent (AD) and 420.53 percent (CV)
Pipe fittings – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 111.36 percent
Pressure pipe – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 55.21 percent and countervailable subsidies of 1.1 to 299.16 percent
