Synthetic hair – initiation determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1457 of pre-stretched synthetic braiding hair and packaging thereof
Vaporizers – institution of formal enforcement proceeding relating to the limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders issued in January 2026 in investigation 337-TA-1392 of oil vaporizing devices, components thereof, and products containing the same
