Energy drinks – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1502 of energy drinks and labeling and packaging thereof (complainant Monster Energy Company; respondents located in Sri Lanka, New Zealand, Panama, and the U.S.)

Pickleball paddles – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1503 of pickleball paddles (complainant Sport Squad Inc. dba JOOLA; respondents located in Vietnam, Spain, and the U.S.)

Space guards – new IPR infringement complaint filed on vehicle space guards (complainant Jonathan Black Kotyk; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)
