Electronic devices – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1340 of electronic devices, semiconductor devices, and components thereof based on withdrawal of the complaint

Semiconductor devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on semiconductor devices and methods of manufacturing same and products containing same (complainant Efficient Power Conversion Corporation; proposed respondents located in the U.S.)

Toys – partial affirmation of initial determination finding patent infringement in investigation 337-TA-1325 of soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same (complainants Hasbro Inc. and Spin Master Inc.; respondents located in Hong Kong and the U.S.)
