The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact ST&R.

Computers – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1387 of electronic computing devices and components and modules thereof based on settlement between complainant Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and respondents, which are located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.

Liquid coolers – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1394 of liquid coolers for electronic components in computers, components thereof, devices for controlling same, and products containing same

Mobile phones – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1375 of mobile phones, components thereof, and products containing same based on settlement due to patent license agreement and arbitration agreement between complainant Telefonaktiebolaget LM Ericsson and respondents, which are located in Hong Kong, China, and the U.S.

Skin care systems – determination in investigation 337-TA-1417 to issue a limited exclusion order barring entry of hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof by or on behalf of five defaulting respondents
