Candy – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1501 of coated confectionery products and components thereof (complainant Promotion in Motion Inc.; respondents located in Ireland and the U.S.)

Heavy machinery – new IPR infringement complaint filed on heavy machinery and components thereof (complainant Caterpillar Inc.; proposed respondents located in South Korea, Mexico, Czech Republic, France, India, and the U.S.)

Protein study systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on systems, devices, software, compositions, chemicals, and laboratory supplies for studying proteins (complainant Seer Inc. and The Brigham and Women’s Hospital Inc.; proposed respondent located in China)
