Foodservice equipment – initial determination of violation in investigation 337-TA-1166 of foodservice equipment and components thereof, recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order, and July 10 deadline for comments on how the issuance of an LEO would affect public health and welfare in the U.S., competitive conditions in the U.S. economy, the production of like or directly competitive articles in the U.S., or U.S. consumers
Solar cells – new IPR infringement complaint filed on silicon photovoltaic cells and modules with nanostructures and products containing the same (complainant Advanced Silicon Group Technologies LLC; proposed respondents located in Canada, China, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea, Germany, Malaysia, and the U.S.)
