Environmental Protection Agency

- formers 3520-1, 3520-21, and 3520-8, importation of on-highway vehicles and motorcycles and non-road engines, vehicles, and equipment (comments due by July 31)

Department of Agriculture

- importation of live swine, pork and pork products, and swine semen from the European Union (comments due by Aug. 28)

Food and Drug Administration

- data elements that must be submitted when importing an FDA-regulated article, weekly entry filing for foreign-trade zones, Import Trade Auxiliary Communication System, form FDA 766 (application for authorization to relabel or recondition non-compliant articles), form FDA 5054 (new inquiry form – import compliance branch), and pre-launch activities importation requests (comments due by July 28)

Treasury Department

- certification of proper cellar treatment for imported natural wine (comments due by July 28)
