- authorized the establishment of FTZ 301 with a service area of Henderson County and portions of Buncombe, Haywood, Jackson, and Transylvania counties in North Carolina

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding kitchenware, tableware, and home décor sets) at the Lenox Corporation facility within FTZ 255 in Hagerstown, Md.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding turbines and generators) at the GE Vernova Operations LLC facility within FTZ 121 in Schenectady, N.Y.
