- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding cocoa or cocoa equivalent and sugar blends) at the Nexsus Cocoa Services LLC facility within FTZ 142 in southern New Jersey

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding construction and fencing products) at the Puerto Rico Steel Products Corporation facility within FTZ 163 in Coto Laurel, PR
