- received an application for subzone status for the Michaels Stores Procurement Company Inc. facility within FTZ 24 in Hazelton, Pa.

- received an application to expand subzone 49E to include a new site in Linden, N.J.

- received a notification of proposed production activity (regarding air guns and pressure tanks) at the Air Venturi Ltd. facility within FTZ 40 in Solon, Ohio
