Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Fish fillets – sunset review determination that revocation of AD order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Nails – dumping margins of 0.61 to 1.76 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on steel nails from South Korea for the period July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024

Solar products – continuation of AD order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China and Taiwan and CVD order on such goods from China, effective June 11

Tubular goods – continuation of AD and CVD orders on oil country tubular goods from China, effective May 19

Violet pigment – net subsidy rate of 3.38 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on carbazole violet pigment 23 from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
