Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. For more information on AD/CVD issues, including how to mitigate liability, please contact STR.

Electrical steel – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD order on non-oriented electrical steel from Japan for the period Dec. 1, 2023, through Nov. 30, 2024

Door panels – final affirmative AD and CVD determinations on fiberglass door panels from China, with dumping margins of 41.82 to 147.85 percent and countervailable subsidy rates of 58.5 to 186.46 percent

Glycine – dumping margins of zero and 57.17 percent in final results of administrative review of AD order on glycine from India for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024

Honey – dumping margins of zero and 21.35 percent for Argentina and 8.83 to 26.77 percent for Vietnam in final results of administrative reviews of AD orders on raw honey from these countries for the period June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024

Solar cells – net subsidy rates of 0.53 to 9.7 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CVD order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023
