The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Corrosion-resistant steel – (1) determination that imports of certain corrosion-resistant steel products completed in Malaysia using carbon hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel flat products manufactured in Taiwan are circumventing the AD duty order on CORE from Taiwan and (2) determination that imports of CORE completed in South Africa using carbon hot-rolled steel and/or cold-rolled steel flat products sourced from China are not circumventing the AD and CV duty orders on CORE from China
Ironing tables – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on floor-standing, metal-top ironing tables and certain parts thereof from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 157.68 percent
Paper – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on uncoated paper from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies of 7.23 to 176.75 percent
Potassium permanganate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on potassium permanganate from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 128.94 percent
Tape – revocation of AD finding on pressure-sensitive plastic tape from Italy, effective April 14, 2021
