Background

The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Rubber – (1) final affirmative AD duty determinations on acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber from France, Korea, and Mexico, (2) new AD cash deposit requirements of 81.86 percent for France, 18.8 and 35.31 percent for Korea, and 18.45 percent for Mexico, and (3) final affirmative critical circumstances determinations with respect to France and Korea

Scope rulings – scope ruling applications filed in May to determine whether identified products are covered by the following AD/CV duty orders

- artist canvas from China

- ceramic tile from China

- tapered roller bearings and parts thereof from China

- wooden bedroom furniture from China

Solar cells – dumping margins of 8.00 to 15.71 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Dec. 1, 2019, through Nov. 30, 2020

Urea – final affirmative AD and CV duty determinations on urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Russia and Trinidad and Tobago, with (1) dumping margins of 8.16 to 122.93 percent for Russia and 111.71 percent for Trinidad and Tobago and (2) net subsidy rates of 6.27 to 9.66 percent for Russia and 1.83 percent for Trinidad and Tobago

Welded pipe – (1) dumping margins of 1.63 and 2.35 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Korea for the period Nov. 1, 2017, through Oct. 31, 2018, and (2) dumping margins of zero and 1.73 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on welded line pipe from Korea for the period Dec. 1, 2019, through Nov. 30, 2020
