Mechanical tubing – dumping margins of 1.59 and 1.39 percent, respectively, for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from India for the periods Nov. 22, 2017, through May 31, 2019, and June 1, 2019, through May 31, 2020
Paper bags – initiation of AD duty investigations of paper shopping bags from Cambodia, China, Colombia, India, Malaysia, Portugal, Taiwan, Turkey, and Vietnam and CV duty investigations of paper shopping bags from China and India
Pipe fittings – preliminary determination that (1) carbon steel butt-weld pipe fittings exported from Vietnam to the U.S. that were produced using rough fittings from China are not within the scope of the AD duty order on such goods from China but that (2) butt-weld pipe fittings exported from Vietnam to the U.S. that were produced using unfinished fittings from China are within the scope of that order
Steel racks – dumping margins of 4.92 and 10.8 percent in amended final results of administrative review of AD duty order on steel racks and parts thereof from China for the period Sept. 1, 2020, through Aug. 31, 2022
Tool chests – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
