The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Mattresses – dumping margins of zero and 31.17 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on mattresses from Indonesia for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023

Printing plates – dumping margins of 164.31 and 477.6 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on aluminum lithographic printing plates from China

Request review – July 1 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods June 1, 2023, through May 31, 2024 (AD), or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2023 (CV)

- artist canvas from China (AD)

- carbon and alloy seamless standard, line, and pressure pipe from Japan (AD)

- ceramic tile from China (AD/CV)

- chlorinated isocyanurates from China and Spain (AD)

- cold-drawn mechanical tubing of carbon and alloy steel from China, Germany, India, Italy, Korea, and Switzerland (AD)

- finished carbon steel flanges from Spain (AD)

- furfuryl alcohol from China (AD)

- glycine from China (CV), India (AD/CV) and Japan (AD)

- laminated woven sacks from Vietnam (AD/CV)

- polyester staple fiber from China (AD)

- pre-stressed concrete steel wire strand from China, Indonesia, Italy, Malaysia, Spain, South Africa, Tunisia, and Ukraine (AD)

- quartz surface products from India (AD/CV) and Turkiye (AD/CV)

- raw honey from Argentina, Brazil, India, and Vietnam (AD)

- silicon metal from China (AD)

- stainless steel flanges from China (CV)

- tapered roller bearings and parts thereof, finished or unfinished, from China (AD)

- tool chests and cabinets from China and Vietnam

Steel racks – rescission of administrative review of CV duty orders on steel racks from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2022, and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of subject goods at the applicable cash deposit rates

Thermal paper – dumping margin of 0.76 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on thermal paper from Germany for the period May 12, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
