DOTP – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on dioctyl terephthalate from South Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time
Isocyanurates – net subsidy rates of 1.22 and 3.04 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020
Large-diameter pipe – (1) net subsidy rates of 0.17 and 1.54 percent in preliminary results of administrative review of CV duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from Korea for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021, and (2) rescission of this review with respect to 22 companies and instruction to CBP to assess CV duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Polyester fiber – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on polyester staple fiber from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 44.3 percent
Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty orders on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 12.82 percent for India, 15.9 and 47.71 percent for Indonesia, and 1.99 to 2.02 percent for Korea
