Citric acid – dumping margin of zero for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Pipe and tube – dumping margin of 5.67 percent for one exporter/producer in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on circular welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Türkiye for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Ribbon – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on plastic decorative ribbon from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins from 61.99 to 370.04 percent and countervailable subsidies at rates of 14.27 to 94.69 percent
Solar cells – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD and CV duty orders on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 249.96 percent and countervailable subsidies of 24.56 to 26.75 percent
Welded pipe – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on large-diameter welded pipe from China would be likely to lead to continuation or revocation of countervailable subsidies at the rate of 198.49 percent
