The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Ceramic tile – final affirmative CV injury determination on ceramic tile from India

Lockers – dumping margin of 311.71 percent for China-wide entity in corrected final results of 2022/2023 administrative review of AD duty order on metal lockers and parts thereof from China

Phosphate esters – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on alkyl phosphate esters from China, effective June 11, with AD cash deposit rates of 126.45 to 243.09 percent and CV cash deposit rates of 81.82 to 491.21 percent

Shrimp – dumping margins of 2.01 to 5.32 percent for India, zero to 57.64 percent for Thailand, and zero and 35.29 percent for Vietnam in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from these countries for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024

Solar cells – dumping margin of zero in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan for the period Feb. 1, 2023, through Jan. 31, 2024
