The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Cabinets and vanities – receipt of requests to determine whether identified products are covered by the scope of the AD/CV duty orders on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China

Geogrid products – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on biaxial integral geogrid products from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies of 15.61 to 152.5 percent

Hot-rolled steel – dumping margin of 24.07 percent in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on hot-rolled steel flat products from Japan for the period Oct. 1, 2019, through Sept. 30, 2020

Scope rulings – scope rulings and anti-circumvention determinations made from Jan. 1 through March 31 with respect to the following AD/CV duty orders

- aluminum extrusions from China

- common alloy aluminum sheet from China

- fresh tomatoes from Mexico

- hardwood plywood products from China

- passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan

- small-diameter graphite electrodes from China

Tires – sunset review determination that revocation of CV duty order on new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies at rates of 4.72 to 5.36 percent
