The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Biodiesel – sunset review determinations that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time

Magnesium – continuation of AD duty order on pure magnesium from China, effective May 25

Rail couplers – final affirmative dumping determination on freight rail couplers and parts thereof from China, with adjusted dumping margin of 139.49 percent, and final affirmative determination of critical circumstances

Rebar – (1) net subsidy rates of 0.07 and 2.15 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2020, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 21 companies that had no shipments

Steel wire rod – final determination that imports of stainless steel round wire from Vietnam are not circumventing the AD duty order on stainless steel wire rod from Korea
