Aluminum foil – dumping margin of 7.59 percent for one exporter/producer in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on aluminum foil from Brazil for the period May 4, 2021, through Oct. 31, 2022
Garlic – determination that small and large garlic chunks produced in China and exported to the U.S. constitute merchandise altered in form or appearance in such minor respects that they should be included within the scope of the AD duty order on fresh garlic from China, effective June 8
Solar cells – net subsidy rates of 3.27 to 29.55 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic cells, whether or not assembled into modules, from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021
Steel cylinders – issuance of AD and CV duty orders on non-refillable steel cylinders from India, effective June 13, with cash deposit rates of zero and 4.13 percent
Threaded rod – dumping margin of 35.1 percent for one exporter in final results of administrative review of AD duty order on alloy and certain carbon steel threaded rod from China for the period April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2023
