Aluminum extrusions – dumping margins of 10.11 to 48.43 percent in amended preliminary affirmative dumping determination on aluminum extrusions from Türkiye
Magnesium – dumping margin of 93.97 percent for one exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on pure magnesium from China for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
PET resin – dumping margin of zero for one producer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on polyethylene terephthalate resin from Oman for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023
Soybean meal – (1) dumping margin of 18.8 percent for one manufacturer/exporter in preliminary results of administrative review of AD duty order on organic soybean meal from India for the period Nov. 2, 2021, through April 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 35 companies and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
Steel plate – (1) dumping margins of 2.52 percent for Belgium, zero for France, and zero for Korea in preliminary results of administrative reviews of AD duty orders on carbon and alloy steel cut-to-length plate from these countries for the period May 1, 2022, through April 30, 2023, and (2) rescission of review with respect to 19 companies from Belgium and four companies from France and instruction to CBP to assess AD duties on entries of such goods at the applicable cash deposit rates
