The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases. Aluminum extrusions – net subsidy rate of 293.85 percent in final results of administrative review of CV duty order on aluminum extrusions from China for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2021

Biodiesel – sunset review determination that revocation of AD/CV duty orders on biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time

Plywood – continuation of AD/CV duty orders on hardwood plywood products from China, effective May 25

Pressure washers – preliminary affirmative CV duty determination, with new CV cash deposit requirement at rates of 11.19 and 206.57 percent, and preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination in part

Steel plate – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty orders on cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from India, Indonesia, and Korea would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 42.39, 52.42, and 6.09 percent, respectively
