The International Trade Administration and/or International Trade Commission have recently announced the following actions in antidumping and/or countervailing duty cases.

Abrasive grains – preliminary affirmative AD duty determination on sol gel alumina-based ceramic abrasive grains from China and new AD cash deposit requirement at rate of 72.22 percent

Aluminum oxide – sunset review determination that revocation of AD duty order on refined brown aluminum oxide from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at margins up to 135.18 percent

Request reviews – June 30 deadline to request administrative reviews of the following AD/CV duty orders for the periods June 1, 2024, through May 31, 2025 (AD) or Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2024 (CV), unless otherwise noted

Torsion springs – preliminary affirmative AD duty determinations on overhead door counterbalance torsion springs from China and India and new AD cash deposit requirements at rates of 734.33 to 778.31 percent for China and 84.54 to 122.2 percent for India
