Interferometers – termination without import restrictions of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1344 of bio-layer interferometers and components thereof after finding of no Section 337 violation

Memory devices – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1406 of memory devices and electronic devices containing the same (complainant MimirIP LLC; respondents located in China and the U.S.)

Semiconductors – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1366 of semiconductor devices and methods of manufacturing same and products containing same and recommendation to issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders

Therapy systems – new IPR infringement complaint filed on photodynamic therapy systems, components thereof, and pharmaceutical products used in combination with the same (complainant Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Inc.; proposed respondents located in Germany and the U.S.)
