The International Trade Commission has recently announced the following actions in intellectual property rights infringement investigations that could affect imports of covered products. For more information on pursuing or mitigating IPR-related import restrictions, please contact STR.

Dilation devices – final initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1449 of balloon dilation devices, systems, and components thereof

Drug conjugates – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1466 of antibody drug conjugates and components thereof and products containing the same based on withdrawal of complaint

Non-woven materials – initial determination of Section 337 violation in investigation 337-TA-1424 of flash-spun non-woven materials and products containing same

Space guards – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1509 of vehicle space guards (complainant Jonathan Black Kotyk; respondents located in the U.S.)
