Cosmetics – institution of investigation 337-TA-1407 (regarding trademark infringement, unfair competition, and false advertising) of eye cosmetics and packaging thereof (complainant Amarte USA Holdings Inc.; respondents located in the United Kingdom, Korea, Taiwan, Israel, Hungary, and the U.S.)

Memory devices – new IPR infringement complaint filed on NAND memory devices and electronic devices containing the same (complainant MimirIP LLC; proposed respondents located in Taiwan, China, and the U.S.)

Network equipment – new IPR infringement complaint filed on network switching and routing equipment supporting bit-indexed explicit replication (complainant Optimum Communications Services Inc.; proposed respondents located in China)

Skin care products – institution of patent infringement investigation 337-TA-1408 of hydrodermabrasion systems and components thereof (complainant HydraFacial LLC; respondents located in Korea and the U.S.)
