Batteries – in investigation 337-TA-1244, issuance of a general exclusion order prohibiting the unlicensed importation of certain batteries and products containing same that infringe patents asserted by One World Technologies Inc. and Techtronic Power Tools Technology Ltd.

Chipsets – termination without import restrictions of investigation 337-TA-1287 of integrated circuits, chipsets, and electronic devices and products containing the same based on settlement

Test kits – in investigation 337-TA-1239 of gabapentin immunoassay kits and test strips, components thereof, and methods therefor, issuance of limited exclusion order against defaulting respondent

Toys – new IPR infringement complaint filed on soft projectile launching devices, components thereof, ammunition, and products containing same (complainants Hasbro Inc. and Spin Master Inc.; proposed respondents located in China, Hong Kong, and the U.S.)
